The Nashville Predators were terribly close to capping off a perfect week but they couldn’t solve the Tampa Bay Lightning in overtime despite dominating the extra period.
But it’s hard to be mad at a four-game point streak after starting the season with five straight losses, four of which were on home ice. The Predators seemed to have figured out what was ailing them in those first five games, though the on-ice play is far from a finished product.
